Our role: a referral service

1st Choice Cleaners refers customers to independent, vetted house cleaners. We are not the employer of any cleaner referred to you. Cleaners referred through us are independent professionals responsible for their own work, schedule, supplies, insurance, and any agreements they make with you. We do not supervise, control, or direct the manner in which a cleaner performs their work.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes provided through this website are free and based on the information you supply. Final pricing, scheduling, and the scope of each clean are agreed between you and the referred cleaner. A quote is an estimate until the cleaner confirms your booking.

Payment

Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, payment for cleaning services is made directly to the referred cleaner under the terms you agree with them. We do not process payment for the cleaner's work through this website. Any deposits, cancellation fees, or rescheduling policies are those of the referred cleaner.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your home and cleaning needs.
• Provide a safe working environment, including a space free of hazards.
• Secure or remove valuables and fragile items before a scheduled clean.
• Provide access to the home at the agreed time, or reschedule in advance.
• Treat referred cleaners with courtesy and respect.

Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false quote requests, attempting to disrupt the site, scraping content, or using our content without permission. All text, images, and design on this website belong to 1st Choice Cleaners or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to vet the independent cleaners we refer, but we do not guarantee any specific result, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent cleaners, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or of referred cleaning services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
