Who we are

1st Choice Cleaners is a referral service that connects customers with independent, vetted house cleaners in Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding areas. We are not the employer of any cleaner referred through this website.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us. When you request a free quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your home and the cleaning services you're interested in.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location) to keep the site working and improve it.
• Communications. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that contact so we can follow up on your request.

How we use your information

• To provide you with a free quote and follow up on your request.
• To refer a vetted independent cleaner that matches your needs.
• To respond to your questions by phone ((980) 372-6199) or email (info@1stchoicecleaners.com).
• To improve our website, services, and service area.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the vetted independent cleaner (or referral partner) needed to fulfill your request, and service providers who help us run the website and communications (such as our quote form provider), under their own confidentiality obligations.

Text messages and calls

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you may receive calls or text messages from us or a referred cleaner about your quote or booking. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may be limited.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you, at any time by emailing info@1stchoicecleaners.com or calling (980) 372-6199. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
